Orders are processed just once each quarter.
All prices include sales tax. Once you receive your Order Confirmation you must turn
your order in at a HFHCAZ Office. Payment must be made in the form of check or money
order. Employees will have the option to have the order deducted from their payroll.

orders will be delivered to the HFHCAZ Phoenix office. There will be no charge for
