Deadline for using form to order with the coach is July 30th. Orders placed with the order
form will be shipped to the school with the rest of the team. Each order will be individually

in the check-out section at the end of the order. You will not be charged shipping and your
order will be shipped to the school with the rest of the team. All orders placed after July 30th
