1st Team Inc. stands behind all products sold. If you feel the product you
have purchased may be defective or if you would like to return your
purchase please follow this simple procedure.
Fill out the Return Request Form on the right side of this page. Click the
Submit Button at the bottom of the form once all fields are completed.
1Ti will respond to return request within one business day with
instructions on how to proceed.
Returns due to workmanship, material defects or incorrect product will
be replaced at no charge. All other returns may be subject to a 15%
restocking charge and the customer will be responsible for the return
postage. Personalized products are not returnable unless the product is
defective. All sales are final after 60 days.
The original card used to make the purchase will be credited in the
event a cash refund is due.
